Huge satisfaction for the Italian Flying Legend,
the Sicilian company which produces the two-seat metal tandem Tucano Replica (flight test of the 915iS version on VFR Aviation in April 2022),
and which has concluded an agreement for the supply of 10 basic trainers to the Dominican Republic Military Air Force,
to replace the current PillanT-35.

the Flying Legend aircraft (TP – 150) Version, is powered by a 915is Rotax engine , with four-bladed hydraulic propeller and with numerous modifications that bring the load factor at +6 -3 Gs to 750 kg.

The agreement also provides for the preparation of a maintenance hangar and training for pilots and technicians on the aircraft has already taken place.

The aircraft is also equipped with a ballistic parachute installed in the Tail (main luggage compartment) just behind the copilot

The company is also setting up a new production facility
in Vietnam and production started last March
of the first two kits destined for the USA.
